Here are some common installation and billing questions
When Will my flag be delivered?
Flags are typically delivered a week before the holiday. If you order a flag after flags have been delivered, you will receive a flag on the next holiday.
What is the delivery and pickup schedule?
Several holidays are within a few weeks of each other. Flags will continue to display across the groups of holidays. We deliver before President’s Day, Memorial Day (pickup after Independence Day), Labor Day (pickup after 9/11), and Veterans Day.
Can I choose where the flag will be set up?
Your flag will be set up at a preset distance from the curb to fly uniformly with other residences. This is usually 4 feet from the Mailbox and 18 inches off the Curb. We can work with your HOA to ensure uniformity.
How is the Flag installed?
A PVC flag holder will be placed to the right or left of the mailbox or sidewalk of your property. This flag holder will be flush to the ground and mostly unnoticeable. A small fleur-de-lis will be placed on the curb marking the location of the flag holder.
How big is the flag?
The Flag itself measures 3 feet by 5 feet. The pole is 10 feet tall and is inserted approximately 15 inches into the ground.
Is the Flag Service pro-rated for the year?
Your subscription covers the next 7 Holidays. Billing occurs at the same time each year on an individual basis. The subscription is not based on the calendar year.
